Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start will incur a fee of 25%. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the booking start will result in no refund or a fee equal to the booking fee, whichever amount is greater. Cancellations made after the booking start will not be eligible for a refund.   2. Return: If you return the car before 9:00 AM on the following day, you'll be charged for one rental day. For instance, if you return the car at 8:00 AM, you'll have rented the car for one day.

  3. Extended Rentals: If you keep the car past 9:00 AM on the following day, you might be charged for an additional rental day. For example, if you return the car at 10:00 AM, you might be charged for two rental days.

Please remember to bring your original driver’s license along with 1 more additional original Government identity Document for security will keep that document with us (Not your Driving Licence) And Security Deposit Amount for any incidental charges that may arise during your rental, such as excess hours or extending your reservation.

Yes, you can rent a WheelsVibe car for as long as you need. All our locations are open 24/7, allowing you to schedule your pickup and drop-off at your convenience.

While it’s not necessary, we highly recommend making a reservation. Our cars are in high demand, and you wouldn’t want to risk spending your holidays without a car or waiting at a bus stand. Plus, when you book online, you can avail of up to a 10% discount and support the government’s initiative to improve digital payments.

Do I have to return the car to the appointed location?

Yes, it’s essential to return the car to the appointed location where you chose it during your booking. If you drop off the car at a different location than the appointed one, you will incur a charge of INR 1,000, along with the full hourly rate and late fees until the vehicle is returned to the correct location.

Unlike other car hire services, WheelsVibe does not cover the cost of fuel. Whether you’re driving a diesel or petrol variant, it’s your responsibility to refuel the vehicle as needed. Please note that the rental charges mentioned on our website do not include fuel costs.

What is your refund policy?
